In our today’s society, everything is so fast paced that one is always on the move, everyday hold a new commitment for us and at the same time trying to juggle a lot of things at once that you are vaguely aware of when the red buttons telling you to slow down are on. A Latin maxim once said “mens sana in corpore sano” meaning that a healthy mind is in a healthy body. Therefore when your body has been stretched so far and is under so much stress you realize that at that point you are not able to function properly and your mental alertness decreases.
