Your Own Personal Stress Management Technique

My personal stress management technique has got to be very powerful, whatever it is. Doesn’t seem that there is any let up in stress these days, does there?

However, once I give some thought to where stress exists, or is experienced, and the sequence of events leading to the physiology of stress, a body full of hormones and neurotransmitters more appropriate to combating an attack than the board room or the living room, I can recognize that there are some interventions I can work on to change the chemistry inside my body.

What type of relaxation technique would you suggest for stress?

What type of relaxation technique would you suggest for stress? I have been dealing with a little stress and i am not sure which type of relaxation technique to use to reduce my stress. If you have any suggestions please answer and explain why it would be the best type.

Has anyone tried the “Natural Stress Relief” meditation technique created by R.Harrison?

I am referring to the “Natural Stress Relief” technique that was created and developed by former teachers of Transcendental Meditation. It is supposed to be comparable to, although not the same as, Transcendental Meditation. It is also much, much less expensive. I would like to know if the results of this form of meditation are really as good as the results that people have gotten from Transcendental Meditation. I would also like to know how difficult it is to learn this technique by yourself (because they do not have personal instructors near my area).
